Only parasailing area in St. Martin

Bikini watersport is the only shop of St. Martin, french and dutch side, to offer parasailing. First of all because we have the equipment (parachute, boat, instructors) to offer this activity but also because the spot of Orient Beach is the very best we could hope for. 

Orient Bay is wide enough to offer parasailing tours in perfect and safe conditions.



Everybody can do it

Parasailing in Orient Beach is accessible to everybody! You can fly solo or book a tandem flight and share the beauty of the landscapes surrounding you while flying together. Adults, kids… Couple, friends or family flights are all possible

High-sensation & peaceful all together

Parasailing is both a high-sensation and peaceful activity. High-sensation because you will fly high in the air and peaceful because the parachute will be moving very slowly and remain absolutely stable during the flight. You will have all the time needed to look around you and marvel at the stunning landscapes under your feet. Parasailing in Orient Beach is definitely a must do!

Fly in the Natural Reserve

Orient Bay is a perfect spot to experience parasailing because it is located in the Natural Reserve of St. Martin. It is therefore the home of many species such as sea turtles, fish, starfish, (gentle) sharks and if you are lucky enough, whales and dolphins. Not to mention the flying creatures like the iconic Pelicans!

Who can experience parasailing?

Everybody can experience parasailing in Orient Beach. 

Solo flights can be booked from 10 years old and up. For under 10 years old, they have to be accompanied by an adult on a tandem flight and have to be over 2 years old.


Parasailing is an easy activity, no experience is needed to book it. 


Weight limits for the parachute (solo or tandem) :

200 kilos / 440 pounds.

How long does parasailing last?

The flight itself lasts 12 to 15 minutes up in the air. Whoever, be prepared to secure 30 to 40 minutes of your day for the whole activity.

What should I expect from my parasailing flight?

You will first check in at the shop and sign a contract. You can give your personal items to our team, so they keep it dry and safe while you are flying. 

After choosing your life vest, you will get onboard a jet ski to reach the parasailing boat : Wendy. 


Once onboard the boat, the instructor will brief you and install you to the parachute before unlocking it from the boat. From that point, you will slowly go higher in the air until you reach the maximum height of 164 feet. 


The captain will take the boat everywhere in the bay, so you can have a peaceful fly above different areas. You will go higher or lower with your parachute, at your demand. You can even ask the captain to take your parachute down for your feet to touch the ocean. A very fun move to do!


Once the flight is done, you will slowly land back on the boat and the crew will get you back to the shore.
